Cucumber Lassi Recipe


Prep Time: 5 min       Total Time: 8 min      Serves: 2

Main Ingredients: Cucumber and yogurt
Recipe Type: Beverages
Cuisine: North Indian
Level of Cooking: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup chilled Yogurt(Dahi)
  • 1 cup Cucumber Chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Mint Leaves 
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder(optional)

Method:

  1. Peel and chop cucumber and grind together with green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves,cumin powder and salt for a minute.
  2. Add yogurt and blend again for a minute. 
  3. Pour into serving glass.
  4. Serve immediately.

Suggestions:

  • you can add chat masala instead of cumin powder.
  • you can add ice cubes if needed.
